Diane Michelle brings over 15 years of property management experience to Tucson Realty & Trust Co. Management Services, L.L.C.; beginning as an on-site manager for a small apartment community located in Tucson, AZ. After working in multifamily management for more than 7 years, she obtained her real estate license and worked at Long Realty, where she honed her negotiation skills, and familiarized herself with the Tucson housing market.

She joined the property management office in 2005 and began on the ground floor as an administrative assistant. She was quickly promoted to the position of property manager and was consistently recognized as the best person on staff to explain Tucson Realty’s services to new clients. In 2006, she was promoted to Director of Marketing for the Residential Division and became the Designated Broker for the company. In 2008, she gained the management of the Furnished Vacation Rentals, and now enjoys handling both that portfolio, and the new clients interested in property management for their unfurnished homes. Diane works vigorously every day to create successful transactions and to constantly improve the services offered to clients and customers alike. She feels privileged to work with all of the talented people at TRT Property Management Services.

Diane was born and raised in a suburb of Chicago, where her father managed the family manufacturing business, and her mother was a college administrator. They instilled an appreciation for fairness, knowledge, negotiations, and above all, empathy for others. This background became the foundation for Diane’s exemplary customer service skills.

In her spare time, Diane enjoys many outdoor activities with her family. Having camped and hiked extensively in over 27 different states, as well as Canada, she sees Tucson as one of the most unique and beautiful places in the United States to live and build a career.
