HOA Division Manager

Deby Wild received a Bachelor of Science degree in education and psychology from the University of Dayton prior to moving to Arizona. She spent several years teaching for the Tucson Unified School District and the private school sector, prior changing career paths.

Deby has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry, As Assistant Vice President and Personnel Manager for Lawyers Title of Arizona, she was able to learn all aspects of the title insurance industry before moving into the legal realm. Because of her knowledge in title insurance, Deby was recruited to work as a legal assistant with Tanis Duncan, one of the top attorneys specializing in homeowners associations. After working with Tanis for 7 years, Deby decided that managing homeowners associations would be the next logical step. Deby has been managing homeowners associations since 2004, managing a large portfolio for Cadden Community Management prior to starting her own business. Deby also holds a Certified Legal Document Preparer license through the Arizona Supreme Court.

As an educator at heart, Deby believes that continuing education and affiliation with professional organizations is an integral part of effective management. She is a member of Community Association Institute and regularly attends their classes and seminars, as well as those offered through Arizona Association of Community Managers and the State and Pima County Bar Association.

An excellent and experienced HOA team joins Deby. Chris York is the accountant for the HOA and has had over seven years of HOA accounting experience. She has overseen a portfolio of 180 HOA accounts, as well as performing full financial accounting for 63 of the 180 properties. She specializes in reconciling bookkeeping records for accounts that have had issues in the past regarding financial discrepancies. Chris has been part of the Tucson Realty & Trust Co. Management Services, L.L.C. HOA team since 2008.

Mary Schroeder is the Administrative Assistant for the department and has over twelve years experience in the property management field. She performs various tasks to expedite the departments’ goals in an efficient manner. She excels in completing clerical duties that support the HOA and has been part of the Tucson Realty & Trust Co. Management Services, L.L.C. HOA team since 2008.
