Francis Peña-Montejano arrived in Tucson, AZ in November 2001. The decision to move to Arizona from Chicago, IL was motivated by her desire to be close to her family. Francis used her hardworking skills that kept her thriving in different fields as a legal assistant, Spanish translator and community organizer as she began her career in Property Management in Tucson, AZ. Completing tasks successfully and efficiently was an important requirement that Francis met on a daily basis for a prominent and busy law firm in the heart of Chicago. The ability to effectively communicate different aspects of the law to Spanish speaking clients and work as a mediator for homeowners of neighborhood committees on the south side of Chicago proved to be an invaluable source for those she worked with. These skills helped Francis support others in meeting their goals all the while fostering an atmosphere of understanding and professionalism, which gained her high esteem from many of her peers. These traits among others are what escalated Francis quickly in the field of Property Management.

In 2007, Francis began working with Tucson Realty & Trust Co. Management Services, LLC as an assistant. When a position became available in the HOA department, Francis welcomed the opportunity to excel in a different area. She began honing her skills in the area of HOA after much time spent learning from and assisting HOA managers. After much hard work and dedication, Francis was promoted and now oversees a department of nineteen properties, which includes Cooperatives and Associations. With her forward thinking and hard working skills, Francis is actively taking steps to grow her department and welcomes new opportunities to service various communities in Tucson.

An excellent and experienced HOA team joins Francis. Chris York is the accountant for the HOA and has had over seven years of HOA accounting experience. She has over seen a portfolio of 180 HOA accounts, as well as performing full financial accounting for 63 of the 180 properties. She specializes in reconciling bookkeeping records for accounts that have had issues in the past regarding financial discrepancies. Chris has been part of the Tucson Realty & Trust Co. Management Services, L.L.C. HOA team since 2008.

Mary Schroeder is the Administrative Assistant for the department and has over twelve years experience in the property management field. She performs various tasks to expedite the departments’ goals in an efficient manner. She excels in completing clerical duties that support the HOA and has been part of the Tucson Realty & Trust Co. Management Services, L.L.C. HOA team since 2008.
