Gail Davis has over 26 years of commercial asset management experience. Her responsibilities with TRT Property Management Services include the on-site management of the National Bank of Arizona Plaza and eight additional assets totaling over 238,000 square feet.

Prior to her employment with TRT Property Management Services she was responsible for the management of the 4400 Broadway Building, comprising 121,000 square feet, and 5151 E. Broadway Building, containing 244,000 square feet. Gail has attained the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). She has been a member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) since 1995.
