Gail Davis has over 26 years of commercial asset management experience. She is responsible for the management of approximately 112,000 square feet of office and retail commercial properties.

Prior to her employment with Tucson Realty & Trust Co. Management Services, L.L.C. she was responsible for the management of the 4400 Broadway Building, comprising 121,000 square feet, and 5151 E. Broadway Building, containing 244,000 square feet. Gail has attained the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). She has been a member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) since 1995.

Gail is a licensed real estate professional in the state of Arizona.
