Lyn Semon’s career in asset management began in 1982 and her background spans many areas of the industry, including extensive administrative and management experience. Her knowledge includes on-site management, major rehabilitation, Federal programs for subsidized properties, and multiple property supervision. Her strong leadership, motivational skills and aggressive and positive attitude have guided her through her successful performance in Association Management. Properties under her supervision have consistently out performed the market even while under major rehabilitation, thus establishing her reputation for results. Her excellent troubleshooter and creative problem solving abilities time and again prove to be invaluable in achieving her clients’ goals.

In 2006 Lyn was promoted to the position of Assistant Vice President of the Association Management Division where she has continued to excel and promote her professional approach with the management of her communities. In addition she is responsible for the overall production of the Cooperative Corporations, Homeowners Associations as a whole including management, cost effectiveness, and personnel issues specifically prevalent to the Department.

In 2007 Lyn was promoted to the position of Vice President of the Association Management Division allowing her professional style of leadership skills to grow, only enhancing her extensive knowledge of the industry.

Mrs. Semon’s prior industry experience includes association with J.C. Harry & Associates, Inc., and Beznos/Beztak Management Co. She has attended John A. Logan College, has completed many varied and industry related classes and seminars, and holds an Arizona Real Estate License.
