Thank you for your interest in becoming a certified vendor for Tucson Realty & Trust Co Management Services, LLC. The application must be completed and approved prior to being authorized to work at our managed properties.
Each vendor must provide:
- A copy of their Business License Permit
- Appropriate Contractor’s License, where applicable
- Vendor’s hourly rate and “per trip charge, where applicable
- Completed and signed Vendor Certificate Application
- Completed and signed Waiver and Acknowledgement
- Completed and signed W9 Form (Request for Taxpayer ID Number and Certification)
